The Pontiac Archives invited all the Mayors and their councillors of Pontiac County Municipalities to an “Information Session” on Friday, May 7, 2010, from 9:30 am – 11:30 am.Â

The Pontiac Archives will welcome visitors from all municipalities on Saturday morning, May 8, 2010, from 9:30 am – 11:30 am. This information session will provide an opportunity for the public to come in and see the volumes of material available for researching.
Please note that the Archives will be closed for the Christmas break. We will be open for our last day of 2026 on Thursday, December 11th. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 6th. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!
Local artist Jelly Massee has donated one of her historical paintings to the Pontiac Archives for an online auction. The piece, entitled “Camping on the Ottawa”, will be open for bids until 10:30 am on October 22, 2025. Please visit https://auction.pontiacarchives.org to take part in the auction.
