The latest addition to the Pontiac Archives geneology library includes the book “Murdock’s of County Mayo Ireland, written by Perry Murdock, 57 Outaouais Street, Portage du Fort, Quebec, J0X 2T0. It contains 338 pages.
Descendants of James Murdock & Honora Tunny, John Murdock & Anna Tunny, Ellen Murdock & Patrick Major — The Murdock’s immigrated to Canada in around 1833. Persons moved to Onslow, Quebec in 1841.
