Hi,
I don’t know if you can help me but I thought I would try.
My family comes from Chapeau Qc and my grandfather’s name was Edwin Gaudette. The old farm house where my mother grew up was sold/donated to a heritage/pioneer site and I was trying to locate where the farm house was reassembled. The house was at the foot of the island but I do not have any other information. The last time I was at teh farm site, I think the house was a two storey log cabin.
