Caption: The crowd at the opening of the new post office in Otter Lake was particularly pleased with the charming setting of the small brick building. The landscaping around this federal building, the wide paved area in front, the beautiful background of trees in all their fall colors, and a clear sky, all helped to make this day special for the citizens and the many visitors. The unspoiled surroundings even moved the Senator to speak about ecology when everyone expected him to stick to post office matters.
